In this series, we explore the concept of fear. Fear can paralyze us and cause us to stop being generous with our lives. We carry all sorts of fears about our relationship with God. Do we trust that God loves us? Do we trust that he’ll provide?
Psalm 23 brings images to mind of beautiful valleys and pastures. We are reminded in this sermon that God doesn’t necessarily lift us out of the dangerous situation, but rather brings calm and peace to the dangerous place. Instead of being afraid, we are encouraged to know that God is with us and that we can take refuge in his presence.
